Federal Prices $150M Notes Offering

Federal Realty Investment Trust priced a public offering of $150 million of 10-year senior unsecured notes. The 5.90 percent notes are due April 1, 2020 and were offered at 99.812 percent of par. Banc of America Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., PNC Capital Markets LLC, RBC Capital Markets Corp., Capital One Southcoast, Inc., Sandler O'Neill & Partners L.P. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. acted as co-managers.
